Book Presentation: Solidarity in Motion at Books Up 2025
The presentation was part of a broader initiative to promote academic publishing and public scholarship, in collaboration with the literary festival Macerata Racconta.
At the Books Up 2025 literary expo in Macerata, Postdoctoral researcher Rassa Ghaffari (University of Genoa) presented the volume Solidarity in Motion, co-edited with Livio Amigoni and Dorian Jano, and published by Genova University Press (GUP).
The book was featured during the roundtable “Libri in conversazione: le parole per dialogare”, which brought together editors and scholars from across Italy to discuss the role of academic publishing in fostering dialogue and social engagement.
Solidarity in Motion explores creative and research-based perspectives on solidarity across European borderlands, emerging from the interdisciplinary SOLROUTES project.
