Ethnographic perspectives on Palestine

The seminar discusses the results of two different research experiences on Palestine, the first with the wives of Palestinian political prisoners from a gender perspective, and the second with the Palestinian refugee community in Cairo following the October 7 attacks.

The seminar features Laura Ferrero (University of Turin), Filippo Torre, and Federico Rahola (University of Genoa).

Participation is open to the entire Disfor community, and PhD students in the Migration and Sociology curricula will receive academic credits
